Nicole graduated with a B.A. in American Government from the University of Virginia and received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY) and the Southern District of New York (SDNY). Nicole is well-regarded as an excellent business & corporate attorney in New York and has been recognized by Super Lawyers, a designation of top-rated practicing attorneys selected through extensive evaluation. She was awarded this distinction from 2016 – 2018, and 2020 – 2021.
Prior to establishing her own private practice, Nicole gained invaluable legal experience working at several top law firms, including Shearman & Sterling LLP and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP. She also worked at one of the best boutique litigation firms in the country, MoloLamken LLP, where she focused on complex civil litigation and corporate internal investigations. She has also served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nina Gershon of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
