We conduct due diligence for clients seeking to research and prospective business ventures, evaluate deals, enter new markets, and identify strategic partners. We know how deals are put together, and most importantly, why they fall apart. We produce proprietary reports ranging from red flag diligence to customized presentations. Current areas of focus include cannabis, minority and women-owned businesses and emerging markets (Africa).
